A Few Helpful Notes for a Smooth Stay

We want your stay at Washington Park Inn to be relaxed, comfortable, and straightforward. The information below outlines what to expect before and during your visit. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help.

 

Amenities

  • Parking: Complimentary onsite parking for all guests.

  • Breakfast & Snacks: Enjoy our 24/7 self-serve kitchen stocked with continental breakfast items and snacks.

  • Wi-Fi & Entertainment: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. All rooms feature HD Smart TVs.

  • Phones: Guest rooms do not have individual phones. A main house phone is available if needed.

 

Check-In & Check-Out

Washington Park Inn is a self-check-in, contactless entry inn.

  • Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Please check your email prior to arrival for detailed check-in instructions.

There is no formal check-out process — simply leave your keys in your room when departing. Guests may continue to enjoy common spaces, parking, and luggage storage until 5:00 PM on the day of check-out.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: $25, subject to availability and requested in person.

 

Rates & Reservations

  • Rates are based on stated room occupancy.

  • Full access to the kitchen and amenities is included with your stay.

  • Rates and policies may vary during high-impact dates and special requests.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Standard Room Reservations

Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to 3:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date without penalty.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the first night’s stay.

Your credit card is held to guarantee the reservation. Payment will be processed once the 72-hour cancellation window has passed.

Early Departures: No refunds for unused nights.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive and have not canceled will be charged for the full amount of all reserved nights.

 

Whole House Rentals

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

 

High-Impact & Special Event Dates

During designated high-demand periods (including Tulip Festival, college graduations, weddings, holidays, and major city events):

Standard Rooms:

  • One-night non-refundable deposit due at booking

  • Remaining balance charged 7 days prior to arrival

  • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable

Whole House Rentals:

  • 25% non-refundable deposit due at booking

  • Remaining balance charged 14 days prior to arrival

  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable

No refunds for early departures or no-shows during these periods.

 

House Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

  • Pets: Dogs only. $25 pet fee. Dogs may not be left unattended in rooms.

  • Smoking: Washington Park Inn is 100% smoke-free. Guests found smoking indoors will be asked to leave without refund.

  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file.

  • Children: Guests must be 16 or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Booking Requirement: You must be 24 years or older to book or stay unaccompanied.
