• The Process: On the morning of your arrival, you will receive a personalized text and email with your unique entry codes for the main estate and your private suite.

• Early Birds & Luggage: Arriving early? Feel free to park in our lot and leave your luggage in our secure common areas while you explore the park or head to your appointments.

 

Reservations & Cancellations

• Standard Stays: Life happens. You may cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival (3:00 PM) without penalty. Cancellations within the 72-hour window will be charged the first night’s stay.

• Direct Booking Perk: By booking directly on our website, you are guaranteed our lowest possible rate and priority support.

• Special Events: During high-impact dates (Tulip Festival, Graduations), reservations are non-refundable to ensure we can accommodate as many guests as possible.

Maintaining the Harmony

• Dog Friendly: We love your four-legged companions! A $25 pet fee applies. Please ensure dogs are not left unattended in guest rooms.

• Smoke-Free Estate: To preserve our historic interiors, the Inn is 100% smoke-free.

• Guest Age & Booking: To maintain a quiet, professional atmosphere, the primary guest must be 22 years of age or older to reserve a room. We welcome younger guests (ages 16+) when accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times.
